Why Tri Velo Series?

It is our goal to help youth become confident on the bike  and to help find joy in the sport.  We want the kids to love riding bicycles as much as we do and we like  to help them explore all the different types of bike riding and racing.

Tri Velo Series grew out of a need for cycling camps for kids.  There were camps run by racing teams specifically for their team members.   There were some development camps for elite junior cyclists.  There were safety rodeos and Strider courses for the very young riders.   There were day camps during the summer.  But there were no overnight camps that focused on bike handling skills in different disciplines and so Tri Velo Series was born.

Tri Velo = 3 bicycles.   3 camps.  3 disciplines = road, mountain bike, cyclo-cross.
